Eagle – (Cap goes from + 1 to a 3) What a year the Eag had! What a 2 years! If you go back to the start of 2014, the Eag was major less. (very hard to believe) Now he has a chance to become the first Grand Slam winner. The Eag was the first animal to ever get to 20 games above 500. Was dominant from January to December. Captained the winning CK Team!! This will be his 3rd final. He has played well in both and with a couple bounces and tosses going the other way, he could easily be going for his 2nd or 3rd title. Will he finally win ?? TIME WILL TELL.
Yorkie – (Cap goes from + 2 to SCRATCH) Bigelow who?? The most decorated golfer at the best course in the country. His face is a constant in the VGC dining room (current and 13 time champ) Although he has played some history matches in the past, 2015 was his first full year and what a year it was. How will his game translate to the ever changing game of a CTMC final??? TIME WILL TELL
Harrier – (Cap goes form SCRATCH to a 1) Our current champ! The only animal to have a chance to get his name on the cup and the picture for a second time. And this is only his second year back at the club!! Can he find a vibe and chase the ULTIMATE dub for the second time? TIME WILL TELL
Hound (Cap stays at a 4) The peoples champ! 3 weeks ago, the Hound became the first animal to win the playoff to playin and win the playin!! He will be relying on the flat stick going up against these 3 heavy weights. Rumor has it he has been hitting THOUSANDS of putts in his North Van apartment. Will be the ultimate story if he can pull his off (think John Daly at the 91 PGA) Can the Hound do it??? TIME TILL TELL
Another great final. Came down to the final putt. Hound helping fellow leftie dog Yorkie clinch a 1 point victory over Eag with a tricky 4 footer. If you want a full recap, head to my twitter page @houghaldihno. Congrats to all 4 finalists….All 4 played great!! Definitely the most exciting final yet.
Thanks to all that came out. Yorkie wearing the belt proudly quoting the Rock was a pretty awesome sight…….thanks for all rounds and nachos champ!!! Thanks again to SIlver for providing Steamworks (official beer of the CTMC final).
