*Eel* – (Cap will move from 2 to a 6) Go big or go home! That is Eel’s history mantra. In the 6 years, Eel has either finished the regular season 1st or he finishes outside the playoffs. This year he set the history world on fire with his record 16 game winning streak. He is no stranger to the spotlight. This is Eel’s 3rd appearance in the final – but first since 2012. He played very well both years – and if not for hitting Steve “McNaughty or nice” ‘s ball on 4 – he may have won the first 2 CTMCs. Along with Ram – he will be looking to become the first 2 time winner. Can he put that belt around his waist? Can he drink out of that cup? Can he get his name etched on the great crooked tree painting? *TIME WILL TELL!!!!!!*
*Eagle* – (Cap will move from 0 to a 2) The one major that the has alluded him. Eag had another rock solid year. He pulled off a triple crown at nanners (horse race, chip over the, and Level). Eag is back in the final for a record tying 4th time. If a few Brents went the other way – he coulda won all 3 of them. The Eag has never missed the playoffs. With a win – Eag would move to within 1 major title of Ram’s 6. So much history on the line. Can he put that belt around his waist? Can he drink out of that cup? Can he get his name etched on the great crooked tree painting? *TIME WILL TELL!!!!!*
*Owl* – (Cap will move from a 6 to a 7) Owl is back for a second go at the title. He wants his name in CAPS. A model of consistency in 2016. Started off the year strong – and stayed at or near the top all year. 3 Player of the months this year, and Captained a winning CK team. No animal has captained a winning CK team and then gone on to win the CTMC title. Can the Owl break this “curse”? Would be quite a story to knock off these 3 experienced heavyweights – but if he gets that owl putter going – he will be HOOTING and HOLLERING all the way to the 19th. Can he put that belt around his waist? Can he drink out of that cup? Can he get his name etched on the great crooked tree painting? *TIME WILL TELL!!!!!!!*
*Ram* – (Cap will stay at 0) This years PLAYIN winner. Certainly, the most dominating DUB in the history playoff format to date. Ram is also in his record tying 4th Final, and like Eag, has made the playoffs all 6 years. Like Eel, he will be looking to be the first 2-time winner. He has Eag breathing down his horns with only being 2 total majors ahead of him. Can he get a little space, ala Federer on Nadal? He wont have candy on his side this time. But as Yahk and Harrier proved in Year 3 and 4, the PLAYIN winner can definitely still win the title. Can he put that belt around his waist? Can he drink out of that cup? Can he get his name etched on the great crooked tree painting? *TIME WILL TELL!!!!!!!*
