Here we are. Putting a cap on our 8th year of history. What a year it was and what a final this should be.
Past champs include RAM, EEL, YAHK, HARRIER, YORKIE, OWL, and BOBCAT. 7 years, 7 different champions. 3 out 4 competitors have won before. Will we have our first 2 time champ? Or can the streak continue? TWT

EEL – (Cap will move from 2 to a 6) Our regular season winner for the 4th time in 8 years!!! He’s either come first or been outside the Top 6. Our Year 2 Winner has played very well in his 3 previous FINALS. 2 time MAJOR Champ (Nanners 3 as well), has been stuck on 2 since January 2013. Was quite a year for the EEL – Won his second IO with his best man EAG, dominated the history standings for most part of the year, and got hitched (under the radar in a quiet ceremony). Is this Eel’s time once again?? Can he put that belt around his waist? Can he drink out of that cup? Can he get his name etched on the great crooked tree photo? TIME WILL TELL?!?!?!
PRINCE HARRIER – (Cap will move from a 0 to a 2) CTMC 4 Champ. A 2 time MAJ winner as well. This is Prince’s 3rd Playoff Appearance and 3rd FINAL. Prince had an amazing 2018. Won the ROCK open, won his 2nd MAJ at RK, played studly at the CDN MID AM, and captained a winning CK team. The last 2 CK Winning Captains have gone on to win the CTMC (OWL and BOB). Can he make it 3 in a row??? Can he put that belt around his waist? Can he drink out of that cup? Can he get his name etched on the great crooked tree photo? TIME WILL TELL?!?!?!
MOLE – (Cap will move from a 2 to a 3) Only one in the field that has not won the TITLE. Last year, he went from INMATE to regular season title. There was no letdown year for mole. Rock solid all year. Mr Blenkinsop. His solo MAJ was RK2. He wants a second DESPERATELY. This is Moles 4th playoff appearance and 3rd FINAL. He bought the belt in Year 3 as he was certain he was going to DON it. 5 years later he will have that chance again. Can he put that belt around his waist? Can he drink out of that cup? Can he get his name etched on the great crooked tree photo? TIME WILL TELL?!?!?!
RAM – (Cap will stay a +1.) Last weeks PLAYIN winner. His resume speaks for itself. This is his 7th playoff appearance (out of 8 years) tying Eag. Tied for most MAJORS (6 with EAG) which includes the first ever CTMC title. Having said that – he is majorless since the 2014 NANNERS. 2 PLAYIN wins and 1 TITLE means he knows how to get things done in this FORMAT. This is his record 5th time in the FINAL. RAM had a stellar 2018 – all culminating with leading the VGC Pack at the Canadian Mid-RAM with his Top 3 finish! Can he put that belt around his waist? Can he drink out of that cup? Can he get his name etched on the great crooked tree photo? TIME WILL TELL?!?!?!
There you have it gents. 4 absolute HEAVYWEIGHTS. A million storylines. Doesn’t get much better.
