Nanners turns 10.
PND is strong and debilitating.   Just got to get through those first 3 or 4 days post.
Another great Nanners in the books.
Race for the Level and Inmate both came down to the final round with many animals in contention for both.
In the end - EAGLE takes his 4th straight LEVEL, and 6th overall MAJ. He backdoored a T4 finish, with a solid 72 in the final round....which was the second best score of the day.
Great fighting from Harry, Fawn, Eel, and Mole.  And I think now that Fly has a NAN in his pocket he will be likely contending next year.
Congrats to Fawn for getting on that level with his even par net score.

BEST SHOT: Grizz hole out on 12 - which was followed by the loudest celebration Nanners has ever seen or head.  (massive running fist pumps as well)
BIGGEST SURPRISE: Team Lake diehards Moose/Mole/Wolf checking out the Riv, and getting super into it.
BEST SIGN: Keep the Deep Hole Clean.
BEST DIVE: Siders.  (side dives into the riv)
BEST LINE AFTER A SIDER:  "We need new tanks!!!" Moose
BEST ANIMAL: Teddy bear.  TEDDDDDDY.  Giant dog that chilled with us at the river.
BEST ARCHAEOLGICAL FIND: Moose's beer ticket sitting in river a day after it was lost there.
BEST SWIMMER/DIVER: Silver.
BEST DANCE/SINGING PARTY: PPC and Fawnski on the deck.
MOST QUESTIONAL MOVE: Moose paying $50 to take a cab back to the farm instead of waiting 30 mins for vans that he already paid for.
MOST GENUINE COMMENT THAT TURNED INTO A RUNNING BIT: "Thank you for volunteering"
BEST REACTION TO THE NEWS THAT CRANE WAS MOVING TO NICE: "Wow.......WOW!" Moose.
BEST STACHE: Fly.
BEST MANUAL LABOUR: Half of the crew helping Spirit Bear toss some hay bails.
Those are just a few to pop into my head.  Lets keep it going tho.

Well gents,

Hopefully that PND isn't treating you too bad. Seems like it takes til about Tuesday or Wednesday to start feeling better these days.

What a Nanners.

We (ram) WE won the horse race
Chip over the pond was a bit of a bust, except for eel who did us proud. Started with some heckling/booing from the kingdom, but after a few of his "antics" coupled with some very nice shots - the kingdom started cheering for him.
Finally, Eag put on a HELLUVA show. Starting the final round 4 back, WAZILCH extended the lead to 5 (or maybe 6) early in the round, but Eag did not lay down. Getting the lead down to 2 at various points in the back 9 - he gave WAZILCH a real scare. Aint no shame in 2nd place - and more importantly earing his 3rd straight LEVEL. Well done EAG.

Vibesman - despite some complaints - were on fire. A little overwhelmed by having 5 groups, the vibesman still created one helluva vibe. And DAMN - they looked good.

The deck did not collapse, and we all survived. That is a victory for all of us.

Thanks for the excellent clean up job on Saturday morning. Longhouse was looking good.

BEST BIT - Ducking heads into ice cold cooler water.
BEST RONS ORDER - Mole, via Bobcat on way back from chip over the.... (24 cheeseburgers, 60 nuggs, 11 medium fries, 7 colas, and FREE SAAAUCES)
BEST SLOW DANCE - Ram and Jav to Brian Adams "Heaven" on the top deck.
WORST IDEA - Having a band play at chip over the.....kingdom set up shop on the upper deck and basically turned up our music to drown them out.
BEST WIFE BEATERS - "team Lake, river is for NERDS" that moose made.
BEST GIFT - Miami Dolphins sweater vest from Harry to Spirit Bear.
BEST SHOT - Lions hole out from 91 yards on 14 for flapper.
BEST SIGN - Wheatsheaf. 'Room reserved for Bobbies golfers".
BIGGEST SURPRISE - ZILCH poker being played.
BIGGEST NON-SURPIRSE - Snooker tourney never got past the first round.
BEST GOLF HOLE - Bob-dash making Flapper on 5 in front of the HUGE horse race crowd.
BEST LINE - "this aint the fuckin cactus club". Waitress - when Jav tried to order margaritas.
BEST DRINK - The Margaritas that were made right after this line was said. Started a really killer jav vibe.
FUNNIEST MOMENT FOR WOLF - When the Army guy stomped on Herrons 3 foot putt line, with Doc Martins.
SHORTEST DRIVE: Wolf hitting it 4 yards off the first tee, still thinking about DOC MARTIN stomp.

Best new Nanners character - Rickety

I was pretty into Baby's line on Friday night during some balance issues: "Drink 12 cran-connells and fall over, ya that's normal".
BEST Celebration: Eel after his chips over the pond.
BEST FAKE SONG: Chunderstruck. By beest
BEST STINGER: bobs 2 iron at eel kayaking
Beast and I making fun of a hipster on the putting green from the patio for having dual man buns... Beast "hey what's with your hair!"
100% hipster Zilch! He also deserved the "why are you even here!" call
