Another stellar CK in the books. For the second straight year we had a team come from behind going into Sunday singles to win the CK.

Team Eag got out to a hot start in the alty Sat AM in the wetness to take a 3.5 to 1.5 lead heading into the afternoon. As the sun came out and Team Yahk started to dry - their games came to life a bit. Taking 3 of 5 points in history meant we had AN UBER TUCO spread going into Sunday. 5.5 to 4.5. Anyone's ball game.

Thanks to Prince keeping an updated log on all matches - a good chunk of the day - it was looking like it could be a 10-10 finish - but early on the back 9, Team Yahk started to put a lot of grey and black on the board. The first 6 matches that ended - 5 of them went Team Yahk's way. With Paca going dormie on 16 - TY was guaranteed a tie. Owl's big up and down sandy fed on 17 got him to 1 up and clinched the comeback and the KUP. In the end Team Yahk put up 7 points to win 11.5 to 8.5

3 straight years the CK has been TUCO.

Couple quick tidbits.

        • MV-Beest went 3-0 for the second time. First player to have two 3-0 CK's and he's only played in 3 of them. (Ironically he has an INMATE sandwich - 3-0 - INMATE - 3-0)
        • For the first time in the clubs 126 year history, the current club champ is the current INMATE holder - and just goes to show - ANYONE CAN WIN THE INMATE! Haha. Bobbie fought hard v munk in a heavyweight singles match. Was looking back and I'm pretty sure both studs shot exactly LEVEL, and it was the nice solo candy on 3 for Munk that proved to be the difference.
        • Owl and Fawn join Prince as the only 4 time winners of the event in the 7 year history.
        • Captain YAHK and Captain EAG are now the only 2 animals with a CK captain dub and loss.

Thanks again to both captains. Kept it real classy from the get-go.
Mother Naitch kept us on our toes for a bit, but all in all - she proved once again that she loves the kingdom for the most part.
